aabiz sells frocks and nighties. Orders are placed directly through WhatsApp or Instagram rather than an online cart. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
You can browse our styles on Instagram and share your chosen style and size with us on WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged the details, availability and final price with you directly.
Prices are shared with you at the time of order confirmation and may change without prior notice for orders not yet confirmed. All orders are prepaid; we do not currently offer cash on delivery. Payment details and the accepted payment method will be shared with you once your order is confirmed.
We deliver anywhere in India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability, and any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before your order is confirmed. Where available, we will share tracking details with you.
Since orders are handled individually, please check your order details carefully before confirming. If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or the wrong size due to an error on our part, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery along with a photo or video of the unboxing, and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis. Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled.
We try to represent our products as accurately as possible on Instagram and this website. Actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen. All styles are subject to availability at the time of order.
aabiz will not be held liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from delays, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
